Hi Everyone.
I joined this website on January 19 and I must say that I think that it is Fab!
I'm 55 years young :smile: , weighed 185 lbs. when I joined and hope to lose 35 lbs. by the end of summer.
so far I've managed to lose 3 lbs. and am very encouraged. I had to make some lifestyle adjustments, including giving up my nightly glass of red wine but It's been easier than expected.

    Welcome! I am 55 too (well in February, but close enough!) and I am also looking to lose about 30 pounds. I have been on the site since January 1 and have lost about 8 pounds. Lots of exercise (which I am starting to enjoy) and sticking to health foods. I feel off the wagon tonight and had onion rings...oops! That is my first real "cheat" food. I am disappointed but after 60 minutes of Zumba I was starved and lost the will-power. Ok....back on track tomorrow...it is a new day.
