I wish I had found this site sooner. I had losed my weight before I found you guys, but this will keep me on track. I carry my fitness pal with me where ever I go. I am trying to get a couple more pounds off after I found that someone had messed with my scale. Thanks again for such a great program that is easy for me to use. I have told several of my friends about you all and how great it is to have you guys with me through the day!!!!!!!!!

    I know...this has been a great tool; wish I had had it sooner as well. Good luck with your goals! I love your black pug, too! I have one as well. In fact he's on my lap as I type this.
