Where would you add these calories?

what would you do? I have to eat before I take my seizure medication and after so not to get nautious and feel horrible. i get two servings of my apple cinnamon o's and i eat them basically throughout the night, if i dont, like i said, i will feel incredibly sick and cant get up. do I include them in tonights calories or tomorrows? I would think tonight even though I do eat them when I wake up throughout the night, to feel ok in the morning, where should I add them? I do eat some in the morning, handfills, to eat with my meds. where would you put these calories?

    I would probably group them with whatever "day" you're on... regardless of what time it is. Say you're still up munching at 1 AM... I would log it as still the same day.

    pick a process --- I think it would be easiest to add them to your log first thing in the morning when you get up, and then just make it a habit and make it your first entry every day. Bummer about the sickness ;(

    I think which ever is fine but keep it to that time each day.

    I would pick one day - either night or morning, and from then on always add them the same way. That way you can always plan your day that way. So sorry to hear that you are sick. Hang in there!
  • Whatever is easiest for you. Whether you add them in at night or in the morning it will be the same everyday. As long as you log it the same everyday you'll be fine. If it were me I'd do half and half, def adding the handfull of o's to the morning log.

    thanks everybody. not sure what i will do, but half and half does sound good. last night i just added 2 servings of my o's, i had the calories left over and then some, so no biggie, so i think i will make one on one day, and the next day another one. thanks everybody for your well wishes, i do feel better today, so maybe it will keep getting better.
