I'm Amy and I'm on a weight loss journey that started December 7th. Since then I have lost about 15 pounds. I started at my heaviest weight of 268 pounds and my goal weight is 140. I started exercising 3 weeks ago and I feel better than I have in a very long time. I look forward to chatting with people who have similar goals as me, reading about everyone's successes, and hopefully posting about mine!

Hi, I'm Donna. I started my journey over a year ago. I lost 30lbs but over the last 2mths gain 10lbs back. My best friend has given me a challange to get to our goal weight by the time I go visit her in March. That means 2 lbs a week not to hard but still gotta get focused again.
