So I've been trying to get up at 10am every day for the past week, and now I'm having trouble staying under my calorie goal. When I slept in till 2pm, it was a LOT easier to eat less.

What do I use to keep me full during the day? School is starting next week too. I used to eat a Kashi bar inbetween morning classes. I need a cheaper option.

(Also, I'm allergic to nuts, which usually screws me on trail mixes.)

Breakfast is important-- it'll help you lose weight in the long run. Some relatively inexpensive options that are also healthy and take less than five minutes to prepare:

    Oatmeal
Fruit (a grab and go option if you go with ones like apples, oranges, bananas)
Yogurt (I buy the bigger containers instead of the small individual serving containers-- dividing it up yourself saves a lot of money!)
    Some breakfast cereals

Do you eat breakfast? A big breakfast will go a long way in helping you stay full.
