need some help

well its been a week and i have not smoked ! good for me ! now like i just told another person who emailed me i seam to want to work out alot more but just cardio , why? i dono ! the only thing fat on me that i see is my tummy ! is walking on the treadmill for 30 min them ridding the bike (at the gym) doing anything for my tummy if it is i dont feel it:grumble: !i dono i dont seam to enjoy doing any other stuff ! doing the treadmill and the bike is the only thing i like to do ! does antyone out there got any ideas on whoe to work out your tummy thats fun to do?

    Strength training will help to tone your tummy. I like to do crunches on an exercise ball. I also like lying on a bench then pulling my legs up to my tummy (eventually, you can add lifting your head while pulling your legs to tummy). These both are fun for me and they make my tummy really feel like I'm working it!
