Hey everyone, I'm new to the site... and so far I'm loving it. It's nice that I can see where I'm at as far as calories and stuff. Since joining the site, I've been noticing and watching my portion sizes. Like on my salad for dinner, when I put it on the pc all the calories were a lot for the dessing... next time I'm gonna have to watch more of how much I put on the salad.

Anyways this looks like a fun site, and glad I was told about this... It got my motivation started again :)

    Welcome to MFP! I've been on here for almost 2 weeks and it has been life changing! People here are sooo supportive and motivating! Great job on portion sizes, it's amazing when I looked back at how much I thought was a good portion size and what really is! If you like any vinaigrette dressings they're usually healthier and if u like vinegar can add that to the vinaigrette- I hate a dry salad! Also a lot of people say put the dressing on the side and dip your fork in it before the salad- that doesnt work for me lol Best of luck on your journey! :)

    Hi Laci, and thanks for the add :) Ya I used to think that I didn't eat as bad as I do... but when u add it on here it's a completely different story lol I'm gonna have to try the vinaigrette dressings, I'm like u I can have a salad without dressing! Thanks for the ideas!

    You have the right mindset. You can do this. Make a plan and work the plan! You will find lost of support here. Welcome!
