Been using the phone app for the past ten days & thought it was time i logged on and introduced myself.
My names Jen and with my 30th birthday rapidly approaching i thought it was time i did something about my weight. I currently wigh 196lb and i'm looking to lose 45lb.
I'm currently following a healthy controlled diet and visiting the gym 3 times a week. I'm in the process of creating a veg patch at home and hoping that it will help me eat better and get more exercisr
