1st Week Weight In

I have lost 2.8 lbs in 7 days and that's not even the best part of today's weigh in. I have lost 5" in my hips. OMG!!!!! I thought I was dreaming when I put those slacks on yesterday but I guess I wasn't. This makes me want to do even better. Thank you to all that have given me the encouragement this week to keep on keepin' on. It has paid off!!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday and a great weekend. And most of all, here is to all of us reaching our own personal goals whatever they my be.

That's great! I can't wait to measure now. I promised myself I would wait a month before I measured myself so I wouldn't get disappointed. I'm hoping I have the same results to look forward too. Thanks for sharing.
