Maintaining Weight

Hi :)
I just recently got down to my goal weight about 2 weeks ago, and now I'm trying to maintain my weight. Right now, I eat about 1,300-1,400 calories per day and I am not losing weight. Sometimes I actually gain just a little (less than 1 lb.) I'm 19, 5'8", and weigh 135 lbs. Based on calculators, they say that I should be eating anywhere from 1,700-1,900 calories. I know that I'm probably maintaining weight on this calorie level because of my metabolism dropping from dieting. My question is, how can I slowly increase my calorie intake to my maintenance level without gaining weight. I want to increase my calories because I do not want to staying at this calorie intake for the rest of my life, but I also don't want to gain back the 30 lbs that I lost.
Thanks :)

Congrats on meeting your goal. The best thing to do is add 100 cals to your diet for 3-4 weeks, then another 100 cals for another 3-4 weeks, keep repeating this until you are you maintenance caloric level.
