Hey guys, I haven't logged anything in for about a week. My kids were really sick, then I got sick. Stomach virus, not good times. I'm still on track for weight loss, but I could not excerise (excercise & barfing not a good combination!). My question is should I just pick back up today, or try and fill in the blanks for the last week? I'm really new at this & I love this site and don't want to screw anything up. Please help! By the way......all better now! Looking forward to working out tonight! Thanks guys!

i would just pick back up today. your body is still recovering (they say for every day you are sick it takes 2 to heal) so you don't want to push it!0
