Going out tonight

So I'm going out clubbing tonight with a couple of my girlfriends from around 11p to 3am. I'm planning to drink 2 to 3 drinks, basically about 240-360 cals. Do I include those calories in today's diary or tomorrow's. I'm trying to pre-plan my calories/meals and workouts

    I log from wake up to sleep, so i would put them on todays. Don't forget if you are dancing the night away, its burning those calories :)
  • I would put them as today's cals. That's what I do.

    Put them on the same day you log the dancing in the club, have a good one.

    today's - I would consider after you get your nite's sleep the next day. Dance a lot - burn off those empty calories!!!! Drink lots of water too.
