Is anyone else excited that it is Friday! I'm going out to dinner with my boyfriend and then for drinks with the girls, so I want to make sure I maintain. Here is my game plan:
1. Eat a light but filling bfast and lunch
2. Hit the elliptical HARD after work
3. Drink Skinny *****s when I go out with the girls (vodka, soda, water, lime juice) AND take splenda packets with me to sweeten up the drink (I totally stole that from somebody on the site, but it's such a great idea!!).
What are some tips and tricks that you have to stay on track this weekend but still have a good time?

I don't worry about it, I'm out saturday night for a meal with friends and then out drinking after .... I enjoy my night and don't worry about calories cos I have to do that all the time - I just make sure I have a few low calorie days a few days before, and I'm extra good for a day or two after .. AND dance all night long .. and I can still lose wieght on a week with a night out as long as I do all that ..

sounds awesome. I had my fun last weekend, and not quite in the mood to go totally nuts. I plan to make some homemade miso soup and maybe some play video games. haha!0
