kinect: your shape

Does anyone have the game Your Shape for xbox kinect? I was thinking about buying it to use as a fun weekend workout since I love Dance Central.
Also has anyone tried Zumba for xbox kinect? I have that game but haven't tried it yet.
Just wondering if I can expect to see any kind of weight loss results w/these 2 games????

i have the ea sports for kinect...very cool. comes with a heart monitor. only complaint i have is the downtime between segments but you can jump around to keep your heart rate up until the next screen appears

btw... i love dance central, too. Just dance for the wii is a must have as well!

Will definitely watch this post ... just bought my kinect and the biggest loser game (love it espicially the boxing workout) .... need more games.......
