Losing too fast?

I've lost 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks, maybe even less. This came after hitting a plateau for a couple of weeks. I honestly am worried about losing to fast right now. I'm working on my last 10 pounds and recently reset my goals here on MFP after hitting a 10 pound goal which also lowered my calorie intake. I'm thinking about changing that from 1 pound a week to 1/2 a pound a week to kick up my calorie intake. I like the thought of hitting my goals early, but I don't want to do it in a way that would hinder me in the long term.

Did you do that when you first started as well? I know I did, I dropped quick in the first few weeks but after that it slowed down. From what I understand, it's normal to do that when you first start/start over from a stall.0

I know you have been working hard for a while. I say you could try it out -- bump up your calories and see what happens. Might make it an easier transition to maintenance phase as well. Keep us posted.0
