Lot of my regular foods on that list. I regularly have wild salmon and I love eating mushrooms boiled or just raw as a snack. It is just a shame they don't last long, so I have to eat quite a lot of I get a large container of them. I also eat a lot of spinach, eggs, avocado, sweet potatoes and greek yoghurt so I guess I am doing okay.0
