WOW was I really eating that much?

I have nearly completed my first full week of tracking all my calories. I knew I had a problem with portion control. I rarely lost any weight but I usually made healthy food choices and exercised nearly daily. This food tracker has definitely opened my eyes. Yes, even that apple has calories and when you begin adding everything up for the day I was eating about 1500 calories. That my dear is not going to move the scale. Next week will be better I promise.
