Weight curve

I weigh every day so I expect there to be ups and downs and all that.
Something I have noticed this past week though is odd. I started at 141.1 on Jan.22 then it slowly went down daily until I got to 139.6 on the 25th then it started going back up little by little until today where I am back at 141.1. I am ok with all that but what I wonder is why? I get weight fluctuates up and down but to see such a perfect curve seems odd to me. Maybe it is just odd when I see it on a graph. I have always been up/down/up/down and at the end of the week I am down even if it is only a little. I could very well wake up tomorrow and see it down again, tomorrow is my weigh-in day but this slow decline and then slow rise just has me curious. How do you lose and gain 1.5lbs in 1 week when nothing has changed? Could this just be how it is since I only have the "last 10lbs" left?

Not sure what to tell ya. I'm the same way..and have been stuck at the 14lb mark for a while. The only thing I can think of is to change something up...if your running a mile, run 1.5mi's...or if your eating the EXACT same cal's everyday..maybe eat a little more one day and then eat less the next day..that way your body doesn't know if your going to eat a lot or not a lot and will possibly speed itself up. This normally helps me get going again when I have platoed (sp). Or, maybe do an extra excersise in a day to change up your routine some also...or do something different that your body isn't used to. Hope this helps. I'll be trying it myself tonight.0

Thanks. I am at a loss. I thought maybe there was some magical answer but I guess that's just the way it is.0
