Topamax and weight loss???

My dr prescribed Topamax for my migraines. I haven't started taking it yet, some reviews i've read say people have lost a significant amount of weight on it (which is great and all) butttttt.... they have also had HUGE amounts of hair loss!
Has anyone else come across this????
