Hello! I'm new to this too! I'm a stay at home mom to 2 boys, and decided (once again) its time to change for my health. I've tried several times in the past but have never succeeded. I start off strong, but after a month or two I always loose steam, and give up when I dont see any results. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get started and stay on track for the long term?
