Just wanted to say "hi" to everyone. I am a new to this and super excited to start tracking everything! Anyone have any good tips?

    Tips....

    Log everything, even the bad stuff.
    Make friends, look at their diaries, get ideas.
    Drink lots of water.
    Watch the sodium intake (you can track it on MFP in your diary) sodium causes us to retain water.
    Eat your exercise calories, 1200 cals should be the absolute minimum you eat everyday, that's net 1200

    Don't give up!!!! if you watch your calorie intake and do some exercise you will lose weight. Good luck with your journey

    Hello and welcome! I'm sending you a friend request. My tips are to plan your meals and snacks out so you're not starving and vulnerable to fast food!! Start working out and drink lots of water. Watch your sodium and you CAN do it!! Good luck. :)
