Food Database, How do you confirm?

I noticed when adding things from the food database, there will be a liite note stating "Confirmed by 28 members." How do you confirm a recipe? I was just noticing an entry I put in stated it had 19 grams of fat in it according to the database, but the item was fat free.
I did subtract it out and found a version of the same thing with the correct data and used it, but how do you correct or flag something already in the database?

Click on the "nutritional info" link and answer yes or no to if it's correct. You can edit any entry also.0
