Is there anyone out there who is either a slower pace jogger or a new jogger in Toronto that is looking for running buddy for motivation? I've signed up for my first run in May and starting a training program to meet my distance goals. Not looking for a crazy pace, just want to finish without medical attention! Looking for a running buddy that might be looking to meet up once a week for a run together, just for motivation and to that we are accoutable to someone. I live in the Beaches, but work both downtown and in Parkdale, so really anywhere in the city south of Lawrence would be fine.
Let me know if your out there!

Hi
I am looking at starting some running again, I ran before but then I had a knee injury and haven't started back up again. I am definitely a slow jogger - I blame it on my short stubby legs! I live in High Park.. uh not IN High Park - I don't sleep on a bench or anything! In the neighbourhood! We could run High Park OR even lake shore?0
