Importance of Water

Just thought I would share. I've been down all week with a fever. This is day 4. I've thought I was drinking enough water, but admittedly not what I generally drink daily. I got up this AM - and was down 6lbs. I'm sure it's all water weight lost and I'm not really down any weight. It just goes to show how much our bodies really need to be hydrated. I was amazed, I assumed I'd have lost 2-3lbs in dehydration weight but 6 lbs. WOW.
