Can anyone advise how to log body pump in the exercise? I would have put this as strength but you need to put reps etc in. On various websites it says you can burn from 400-600 calories per class so I was going to put in 450. Should I just put it under cardio?

I always put mine in as 350 calories as cardio, for a 55 mnute session. It may be an underestimate but there are some sites out there claimig that the actual calories burned are lower. And I always figure it's better to underestomate than overestimate! Hope this helps x0
