Just saying Hello!!

New to the website, my best friend dragged me on thinking that we would be able to motivate each other further if we can watch each others progress. One week in? I think she was right! :)

I have a way to go, but I decided that this year is the year that food and I work out a healthy relationship with each other. I have successfully quit smoking (Dec. 28, 2007) and now I am fully determined to break free from sugar and unhealthy eats. I mean of course with in reason! I am not saying I'll never have another piece of birthday cake! I am just moving forward with two new mottoes:

1. If the food does not measure up to a 10 rating? Then why on earth would I ruin my progress and put it in my mouth? And
2. Absolutely NOTHING tastes better than being healthy and fit feels.
