Quick question myfitnesspal world! I'm trying to figure out what the "norm" for choosing lbs lost per week is. I know the site recommends 1lb per week but that selection for me takes my caloric intake up 200 cals. Are you following what's recommended or going above that ? And, if you are going above that are you able to maintain the weight loss?
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!
