Happy Friday To All,
I was wondering if some could take a look at my exercise log and tell me if you think I am taking enough calories in.
I try my best to lift 4 to 5 days a week on my lunch hour and then I do my cardio at home in the evening. I am a bit limited on my cardio and I am recovering from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis, but I am trying to get at least 20 mins of cardio in if I am not feeling much pain. Unfortunately my feet are still in control and I do have limits.
I love to lift and I look forward to lifting each day at lunch, I am just guessing on the calories burned during lifting. I really don't rest that much between sets and I do get a good sweat going.
I am noticing a change in the way my clothes fit but not a big difference on the scale.
My goals are to skim down some but also to put my muscle back on and be well defined again. I am just concerned with so much lifting that I might not do well at 1200 calories a day. I do eat my calories back that I do burn.
Thank you in advance to all.

Any kind of cardio is beneficial even if it is only 20 min. As for the lifting muscle takes up less room but weighs more than fat, so the change you are seeing in your clothing is inches you are losing by tightening your muscles.
I was on a big lifting program and actually weight 20lbs more than some of the clothes I wore when I weighed 175, and I was able to fit into them because I was actually leaner.
Keep up the good work and don't focus so much on the scale but how you feel and how your clothes fit0
