Would you and how would you log taking the kids for a walk and playing with them at the playground?

Glad you are getting out and active with the kids, so for sure you should celebrate by entering some calories burned! Not only do your kids love you for it, so does your diet! I totally would log it! Think of something similar to what you might have been doing with the kids -- I know playing catch is in the list if you do a search! It's not much but it's something. There are many different paces/speeds for a walk you can find by searching for "walk" (2.5 mph with kids maybe?) You probably already knew that, though. :happy:0

Find an exercise that would closely resemble what you did, such as walking or jogging and use that? Or you could search for something on line and enter your calories burned and create a new activity for all of us to use.0
