I'm trying to bulk up a little bit. Are there any foods that I should know about that might help me achieve my weight and fitness goal? Any help would be really appreciated.

    Lots of protein, some fats, some carbs. Pretty much the same things we all eat, you just need to eat more of it.

    Try changing your topic to "Trying to Bulk Up"
    You may get more men looking at it.
    Most of us ladies are looking to slim down.
    My guess: Lean protien, good fats, weights.
