Newbie but not new to dieting

I joined a couple days ago. Start weight- ALOT, but if you want a number 228. Down to 226 after 2 days but need to start an exercise program. Thinking about Slim in 6 (although I know I will not be SLIM in 6 weeks). What are your thoughts?

Also, anyone doing any special dieting? I did HCG the first part of last year and did really well until I stopped and gained it all back.......

    special k has a nice plan, u can even download it 2 ur ipod or phone; just cut ur portions and keep moving
