Rice pudding you will love my no sugar added version!
This stuff is so yummy!
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup Truvia
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond milk
3/4 cup 1% milk (I prefer organic)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup craisins
In a small-medium saucepan heat up milk, add in cooked rice, and Truvia and bring to a boil.
Turn down to low and let simmer for 15-20 min (stir frequently with a wire wisk)
Turn off heat and add in butter, craisins, raisins, and cinnamon. Mix together slowly and let cool for
about 5 min.
ENJOY!
