I am not seeing the results that I wanted!
I do good during the week (as far as eating!) I just can't seem to make time to exercise lately, my life is busy with working, kids activities, remodeling a house, and brother in law getting married in a few weeks all of my "free" time seems to be taken by other obligations!

I lose weight during the week but then come monday i put on a few pounds. We have alot of showers we are attending and parties that we have been going to so its been really hard to stick to watching my food on the weekend.
Plus with the remodeling, we are working all day and are too exhausted to cook something healthy, we usually end up ordering a pizza or grilling some burgers or something.

I REALLY need some motivation!! I feel like I have no energy anymore! LOL

I feel your pain. I am constantly tired which makes my workouts less energetic and my self-control non-existent. Any way you could find something to reward yourself with maybe on Fridays (manicure, pedicure, new pair of costume jewelry) - something visible, so when you're out, you can look at it and remind yourself of all your good effort throughout the week. I'm more of a visual person, so I'm thinking of trying this trick because weekends are hard for me too, and seeing if it helps.

You're not alone...and WE can do this!!! :flowerforyou:

oh boy! I am soooo w/ you guys!

I'm on slacker street and there are road blocks at every turn!!! I need to get my butt back to workout way!....I almost forget how to get there!....almost! :ohwell:

seriously the heat and just stress has been killing me lately....I was thinking the same thing this morning...things have got to change! I like the idea of the mani/pedi as a reward, or things like that....sometimes it helps me if I have something to look forward to like a party or event, but I know its a life style...and I need to learn how to deal w/ it everyday....even if nothing is coming up.....even in humid heat, stress, exhaustion....I have just have to....

and while I'm not happy they you guys are going through this....I am happy that we're not alone too!!! lets do this!!! I know we can!:drinker:

    hugs!

Well, look at the positives. You are already over halfway to your set goal. Which that, by itself, is great! I really like WedMD because it has really useful articles for busy women that are listed in our own section.

I do not have a lot of time to exercise either. So, I try to incorporate 10 mini workouts throughout the day. I got the idea from this article off WebMD : http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/fast-track-your-fat-loss.

Also, I know it can be tough going to social events and trying to stay away from all those high caloric foods. What I try to do is pick the healthiest things I can find there or I eat before I go so I do not have an urge.

Pizza is one of my biggest weaknesses. My fiancé loves it. So, what I try to do is convince him to let me get veggies on top instead of meat and a whole grain crust (certain pizza places are doing that now). This way your pizza is not as bad as it could be. Or if you’re always in a rush for dinner, try having lo-cal freezer dinners on hand. I know they are not the best tasting, but you would be saving a good deal of calories.

Don’t lose sight of your goal. You have already done such a good job getting halfway there… why stop now? If you get off track a few days don’t let it bother you. Things come up in life and we just take them as they come. No need to stress out about it.
