Healthy Snacks

So I've been off for the past week taking care of my husband after he had surgery so it has been a lot easier for me to make sure I am eating regularly and healthy. However, tomorrow I go back to work and I work on my feet in a face paced environment where sometimes I barely get 15 minutes to sit down in an eight hour shift.

Does anyone have any ideas for healthy snacks I can eat rather quickly? :o)

    I love crisp celery sticks and one or more of the following: peanut butter, lite cream cheese, or salsa! Measure out the dip, of course, and stuff the celery sticks with the peanut butter or cream cheese, or dip them into the salsa.

    dried plums
    special k fruit crisps - they're like pop tarts only without all the icing (100 cals)
    fresh fruit
    popcorn
