Here is why. A serving is listed as 1/4C, but the instructions describe using 2TB/mug. 2TB is 1/8C.
Also the canister claims 20 servings, but I don't think the canister would hold 5 cups of powder. It looks like more than 2.5 cups, though.
So is a serving 75 calories or half that much...?

Save your money and calories. I buy cacao powder, add vanilla rice milk and a truvia packet if I want it really sweet. Cacao is dirt cheap so you save money. I believe a cup of sweetened vanilla rice milk is 90 cal and truvia is 0, not sure about cacao powder, but at least you can calculate how much a cup of this drink is and you know everything that goes into it.0

Sounds like they want to discourage you from drinking Swiss Miss on your own...0

I use this stuff and I just pulled out a measuring spoon and a 1/4 cup measuring cup and 2 ROUNDED (not level) tablespoons was actually more than 1/4 cup. So be careful when measuring.0

I always lose weight so much better when I accurately measure. When I eyeball and guesstimate I get into trouble. I often wonder if this is to blame for a lot of weight-loss struggles.0 -

I think this is exactly one of the reasons people struggle with weight loss. If it's all about portion control, you have to control the portions and accurately measure what you put into your body and the energy you expend when you exercise. I think people also tend to fixate on numbers too much (me included), which is why I switched to the metric system when measuring - including my weight. That way it was a reference number and nothing more.0
