So I just changed my goal to "Maintain Current Weight"! I'm excited BUT I'm a lil skeptical with the amount of calories my daily goal was increased by. Seems like a lot! Went from 1420 to 1870. Doesn't that seem like a lot?

well they gave me 1770 and I'm losing weight so to me it seems low.0

I think it's just an increase from your basal load to basic sedentary load.0

you never know. maintaing is definitely harder than losing weight, because you'll have to experiment. that's definitely a good number to start with though. do that for a week, and then add/subtract 100 calories until you find that you are truly maintaining. you might be surprised, it tends to be higher than people think it will be :]0

Thanks... I haven't even come close to the 1800+ calories today. I'm at 1539 & I'm beyond stuffed any way. I'm not gonna push it. I think I'll do what you recommended Audrey & see where I am in a week :-)0
