Today was not a good day...It was a great day

Today was a great day for me. I ate a sensible breakfast, a sensible lunch, and a terrible dinner. (Was it terrible!!!). I'm guestimating (LOL) around 700 calories and that's while watching tv, and today was still a great day. Why? Because all the other time in my life if i fell off the bandwagon i would beat myself up, wouldn't exercise, and the next day i would be back to the same old me. But not anymore. Today is a new day. Today after eating all that food and stuffing myself i realized that it just didn't make my body feel good like i thought it would. My stomach hurt, i'm bloated, i feel soooo lazy, and after my food digested, which took forever, you know what i did, I EXERCISED, just like yesterday and just like i will tomorrow.
Were all gonna fall off the bandwagon every now and then, we just have to get back on and stay motivated. Nobodys perfect, and nobody expecting you to be perfect. The only timeline you have to lose the weigh is of your own making, If you don't make it in the time you want, don't give up, if you weigh yourself and you haven't lost the amount of pounds you wanted, don't give up, keep trying and eventually we all will succeed.
