Hi everyone! My name is Kia. I have been working on this diet and weight loss thing for years! Let's say since the 8th grade. I'm a freshmen in college and still working on my weight loss. It hasn't been going anywhere. Poor progress. I want to show people that I can do this even if I'm alone on this goal. What I hope to gain from MFP is to gain a lot of diet knowledge, connect with new friends, boost my momentum to keep striving for my goals, and to lose a lot of weight.

FYI: I am petite. I'm 5ft 2in ~ 5ft 3in.

8th grade: 94 lbs
9th grade: 117 lbs
10-11 grade: 130 lbs
12th grade: 140 lbs
Now: 145 lbs

I guess my problem is: What I'm eating or drinking, how much I'm eating or drinking, take too many naps, and not enough exercise per day. I want to shrink back into my old jeans (that I still have kept for years)!
