Healthy Choices

So I've been off for the past week taking care of my husband after he had surgery so it has been a lot easier for me to make sure I am eating regularly and healthy. However, tomorrow I go back to work and I work on my feet in a face paced environment where sometimes I barely get 15 minutes to sit down in an eight hour shift.

Does anyone have any ideas for healthy snacks I can eat rather quickly? :o)

    Cut up fresh fruit the night before. You can munch on small bites of your favorite fruits all day...OR try some 100cal packs..my fav is Smartfood White Cheddar popcorn.. I eat those on the go all of the time!

    yogurt
    100 calorie hummus cup and cut up veggies
    hard boiled eggs
    fruit
    cooked chicken breast and a roll up
