So I've been off for the past week taking care of my husband after he had surgery so it has been a lot easier for me to make sure I am eating regularly and healthy. However, tomorrow I go back to work and I work on my feet in a face paced environment where sometimes I barely get 15 minutes to sit down in an eight hour shift.
Does anyone have any ideas for healthy snacks I can eat rather quickly?

Cut up fresh fruit the night before. You can munch on small bites of your favorite fruits all day...OR try some 100cal packs..my fav is Smartfood White Cheddar popcorn.. I eat those on the go all of the time!0

hard boiled eggs
