So I've noticed MFP's daily calorie allowance is much lower than other calorie counters. Does anyone here manually change their calorie goal to something else? I love the MFP app & website, but I just don't agree with the allowance it gives me. If you manually change your calorie intake, what other calorie counter or equation do you use to get a more accurate allowance? Thanks!

I haven't seen a difference in other counters. Remember, MFP goes off the info you give it and the loss/week (or maintenance) goal you choose. Many counters I've seen work solely on BMR and/or don't have the ability to give you a deficit for weight loss.
Other counters you're looking at may not be including a daily deficit for a loss/goal. Make sure you've entered the info (activity level, loss goal, etc) so that you're comparing apples to apples.0
