It feels so great to get the first 10 out of the way. Can I get an AMEN? Lol, I guess it's safe to say i am a little excited! =] I'm doing it ya'll! You can do it too! The First 10 feel amazing, can't wait for the next 10! Let;s GOOO! =]

ive lost 10lbs 2 (4.5 kg in my world) and i feel great. Gotta keep going though got 15kgs to go (about 40lbs)0

I've lost 9 pounds now and can't wait to hit the 10 pound mark. I didn't think that losing this amount could make me feel SO much happier and healthier. Congrats on your loss, and just imagine how great you feel when you reach your goal weight 0
