I just had some tabbouli with some garlic melba snacks....

The tabbouli has parsley, onion, tomato, bulgur, cilantro, etc etc..

Wow, it was good and light for a hot day but I'm gonna have some funky breath! LOL

My hubby's eyes may water later! LOL!!

    bride....its a middle eastern dish containing bulgur wheat and herbs, etc...it can be made various ways and is ususally served with some pita bread. I got mine at Trader Joes. It's very light and flavorful!

    You'll definitley need some, cause you can't stop at one...they are soooo good, hmmmm wonder what the calorie count is on them, I have 300 left for the day lol!! Time for a trip to the store??

    Poor guy is having a hard day! Clients being jerks, the heat...he just sounds miserable!
