Hi I have just started and I have 40lbs to lose. I want to change my diet to a more healthy one after all the Christmas excesses.
My weakness is wine in the evening so I am trying to have a month without it - help!

    My biggest weakness in (red) wine too!!! I used to have a glass every night (not the 4 oz serving size, but a WHOLE glass). We can do it! I have struggled losing weight ever since I had my daughter who is now 6. NO EXCUSES for me. Time to do it:) Good luck in your journey.

    I have the same problem evenings and I love red wine too especially in the winter , I just started this week too. I find working on this site helps to keep me motivated in the evenings. I'm going to a Gala tonight that should be an interesting test to get through without undoing the good I've done yhis week .Good luck !

    Great! It's so easy to slip into the habit but so hard to get out of isn't it?
    Everyone on here seems so motivated so that's good.
