Introducing myself and hoping to find friends and support

Hi all,
I've journaling off and on using varios programs for the past year or so. So far MFP is the best program I've found and I love using it on my Android phone. The web based application is far more detailed so I love coming here to log my data as well.
So here I am, stepping up to the plate and reaching out for a bit of help, friends, encouragement and ultimately weight loss, fitness, energy and a lot of other great things that come from living a healthy life style.
Having lost 40 lbs in the past 7 months, I want to get back on track and fully motivated to lose the last 40. I really took it easy during the Nov/Dec holiday season, gained about 4 lbs but have already lost those. So now I'm ready to get that scale to move downward again. I've never blogged before but I think if I start posting things on this site in the blog section, it might help me not to make stupid food decisions, especially if I have to write about it.
Anyway, that's my story. If you like to friend me please send the request. I'd like to help anybody out there that can in providing emotional support, guidance, an ear, an eye...whatever.

Congrats on the first 40 and good luck on the next. Posting, food journal, water and exercise are the keys I am using toward success. Have done this many times before including losing 100+ pounds 3x in my life. This is the time, I choose for it to be the last time. LIke you always looking for friends to support me and for me to support them. I would love to be your friend.0

Wish you the best on your journey! I have been on here a week. And I just love this site. Making me accountable for everything I put in my mouth for the fiest time in my life, and you really don't realize how many calories are in these foods until you do this if you have never done anything like this. MFP is an AWESOME site I recommended it to my sister and we are doing it together. Which is even better. I like the web better too, but the convience of the phone app on the go, helps me decide to make better choices if I am out eating.0
