Hello Again

I joined this site back in August weighing 158, but quickly fizzled out. When I started eating better again last Saturday, I weighed in at 165.2. This morning I weighed at 161.2. It is gonna be a slow process, but I'm so determined this time. I have a date with a bathing suit and a beach in June. At 4'11" that 161.2 isn't very attractive. The yoyo dieting has to stop.
I have also decided that I have to change to set a good example for my kids. One of my daughters is pretty chunky, and it is hard telling her that she can't have something if Mommy does. I have been incorporating a little dance time for her everyday to help her burn some calories as well as helping myself.

Well done, it doesn't matter what happened in the past the good thing is that you made the decision to come back and to get back on track, congratulations and I hope you enjoy the bathing suit when the time comes ;o)0
