Look before you Bite

Iv been loosing weight for the last two weeks. Iv been realy proud that I have excersized everyday. When I saw that the scale only moved 0.8 this last week it made me look back through the week. Yea it looks like I was doing good but then I saw something.......
OMG I was forgetting to track things! One of the main things I was forgetting was the butter on my toast everysingle morning. I almost hit the floor 102 cals thats more then the two peices of toast I eat every morning. I also havent logged a cracker or wheat thin here and there. May sound like it wouldnt make a big differance but it does. Just think a Tablespoon is about the size of a bite (for some not all) and one table spoon of butter is 102. I can only imagine how much it adds up if its a bite here and there. So for those who are struggling and not loosing please consider this everybite has cals its like a lottery you never know how much ur gonna get and if it will be the big one!!!! Its funny because I knew this from the start I just didnt realize how much it would affect my hard work!
