February Goals

I know it is not yet the end of January, but I like to start my new goals on Mondays. So I thought I would start this feed to get some input.

(Note: I also cannot maintain motivation for a whole year so I like to make monthly goals)

So what are your goals this February?

I will start:
- Do BodyPump class at my gym twice a week.
- Try a new class at the gym this month.
- Continue working out 6 days a week for 60 minutes at a time.
- Lose 5 pounds.

It is a short month so I think I can hold onto these goals until the end.

    Sounds like you have great goals.
  • keep doing aquafit, start bums and tums and reach my first stone (4lb to go!)

    I like the idea of monthly, achievable goals - I need to think through mine! Good luck in February!
  • I would like to work out for an hour a day every day apart from Wednesday, thats a club night for my children when I do alot of walking so thats a 'kind of' work out. I would like to keep to my calorie goal which I have done so far. I would also like to up my water intake as Im only reaching a max of 3-4 glasses a day so far!
