Okay, I'm using this as a platform for venting so please bear with me:
1. I have COMPLETELY fallen off the exercise horse. I'm having a very hard time finding the motivation to get up each morning and work out. Because of that I haven't really gained anything back, I've just maintained the same weight I stopped at.
2. Reasons? Well, I have a surgery coming up in two weeks on my tailbone and so I'm freaking out about the procedure, about recovery, about finances, about being home alone to take care of myself... I have a roommate but she can only take so much time from work, ya know? I'll be unable to work out for 4 weeks after my surgery so I'm finding it hard to be motivated now when I just look at it as "what's the point?"
So because of all of that, I've been sleeping at most two hours a night. My other problem is that I don't eat much. Yesterday by the time I went to bed I had only consumed about 950 calories. I'm trying so hard to eat as much as I can and to get those calories in, but I just don't have much of an appetite.
I guess I'm just kinda down and out for the time being. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there girl! I've missed you!
Now....you know what you have to do so don't make me come over there and give you a swift kick to the behind. Don't be nervous about what lies ahead because it will not solve anything that is inevitably going to happen. Everything is gonna be hunky dory. Get some exercise in because it will not only increase your appetite, but calm you down for what lies ahead.
The hard part is getting that extra oomph you need to get going. So, with that being said, DO IT NOW! GO ON....STOP READING THIS AND JUST
do it.0 -
