One week at a time Success Stories

Below is my week success story. Please post yours. I would love to here yours.

So far to day, I got up at the butt crack of dawn and went and worked out. I have been doing this the last week.

Things I have done have accomplished this week:

1. Drank between 64 and 80 fl.oz of pure water.

2. Eat a high-fiber protein diet.

3. Stayed between 1200 and 1500 (add 300 for exercise) calories a day ( only went over by less than a 100 twice this week).

4. Made as healthy choices as possible. (i.e. didn't deprive myself of Chipotle but cut the cheese out and I never eat sour cream. Instead eating it all at lunch broke it up between lunch and dinner).

5. Found this wonderful free site and made a few new friends and looking for more.


How I feel:

t is not the hard when I come to terms that I am doing this for the most important person in the world to me. ME. I may not have lost weight but damn I feel so good right now.
