How would you track the insanity workouts in the exercise log?
Thank you!

I googled the average amount of calories burned with the Insanity work out and created a catagory for it0
-
THe best way is to use a HR monitor and add a new workout0

I use a heart rate monitor's readings to track burnt cals for most exercises.0

I don't have a HRM so I added it as "high intensity aerobics." I don't know it that's right, but I thought it seemed kind of close.0

I got a watch at Walmart (about $30) that tracks my calories burned. I highly recommend getting something to track it for you instead of guessing.0
